As Christmas day approaches, we would like to update you on our shipping and ordering dates.
From the 15th of December please get in touch with us if you wish to place an order and we can let you know if we have the particular sculpture in stock, or if it can be sculpted in time for a Christmas delivery.
The final cut off point for all orders this year that will get to you by Christmas is the 19th of December after this point we cannot guarantee that you will get your sculpture in time for the big day.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Orders of stock sculptures will be dispatched within 3-5 days of recipt of order. Some of the larger sculptures are made to order, so could take up to 15 working days, however during peak times of year this can vary. Orders are dispatched on a next working day tracked delivery to your address of choice.

Bespoke projects and commisions We can undertake any sculpture that is not listed in our catalogue.
You can immortalise a favourite pet in clay, we can work from photos to get a realistic likeness.
In our gallery section are some examples of work we have undertaken for individuals and museums. Contact us for a quote if there is something specific you require.

Materials used; The sculptures are created using a variety of different clays, depending on their size and finish,
smaller pieces are created in smoother clays, the larger ones are built in crank material; A more structurally strong clay.
All pieces are fired above 1200 degrees centigrade (creating a hight fired vitrified ceramic), and post-firing, certain works have colours, glass eyes and cast pewter metal legs inserted to finish.

Returns If you are unhappy with your goods and wish to return the product. Please do so within a week of purchasing or receipt of goods, and email us proof of dispatch or tracking number.
We can however NOT accept returns of broken or damaged goods 24 hours after receipt. If your product is damaged upon receiving it, please get in touch straight away, and we will attempt to rectify the situation with you. Alternatively if it is an old product that was purchased a while ago, then subsequently damaged, please get in touch, and we can see if we can repair it. There is usually a postage and repair fee associated with this.

Payment methods payments can be made via the website with a BACS payment or through PayPal.
However please understand that orders will not be dispatched until payment is made in full, unless otherwise specified. Or alternativley come and visit us at one of the many shows we exhibit at in the UK.
